Referral Scheme – T&Cs

Terms & Conditions for the school referral scheme

Eligibility: The Refer-a-Friend (RAF) scheme is available to any school that has previously booked a course with us.

Referral Fees: Your school will receive a referral fee for each new school successfully referred who books a course before December 31st, 2024. You will receive a €250 as a cash payment for each school that you refer. Alternatively, you may choose to double your referral fee and take €500 as EiA credit, to be used as payment towards your next EiA course.

Payment Conditions

  • Referral payments are contingent upon the successful delivery of the course and the full payment of the referred school’s invoice.
  • The referred school must book a standard, 5-day course and pay full fees, subject to the usual booking T&Cs.
  • Cash payments will be transferred, as a donation, either directly to the school’s nominated bank account or to the bank account of the school’s parent association. Payments cannot be made to an individual’s personal bank account under any circumstances.
  • This scheme will be operated in good faith. However, if EiA suspects the system is being abused then the fee may be withheld. Referral payments are made at the sole discretion of EiA.
  • EiA credit can only be used against a booking for a standard 5-day course. Bookings during peak weeks are excluded and students must be paying  full fees.

Referral Process: When completing their booking, the referred colleague must supply the referral code given to them by the person who referred them. This step is crucial for the referral to be valid and for the reward to be processed.
